Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5-7 years client-facing experience at Bain or related consulting at AP level
Experience participating in Bain's commercial processes
Demonstrated success driving adoption of tools and processes
Experience leading change management in a global matrixed org
Ability to translate partner workflows into practical solutions
Strong ROI articulation and adoption-focused mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain's global commercial platform, aligned to firm priorities and frontline needs.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and maintenance.
Translate business strategy into clear requirements and success metrics.
Partner with TSG and architecture teams to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
Drive user-centered design and rapid validation for frontline needs.
