Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a strategic Product Leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its global commercial platform. You will translate frontline needs into scalable solutions, champion adoption, and lead cross-functional teams across the firm to deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role requires strong leadership, partnership with TSG and architecture, and hands-on delivery when needed, with a hybrid in-office model and a focus on Bain’s commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Must-have bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated success driving tool adoption, leading product teams, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with change management across a global, matrixed org.
• Ability to translate partner workflows into practical, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
• Understand frontline use cases, pain points, and unmet needs; translate into requirements.
• Set priorities and link initiatives to measurable outcomes (adoption, productivity, revenue).
• Stay ahead of AI and commercial tooling; translate into practical use cases.
• Lead Senior Product Owners and align stakeholders for coordinated delivery.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to maintenance; ensure feasibility and security.
