Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a Strategic Product Leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform. You will translate frontline needs into scalable solutions and drive adoption across the firm, partnering with Practices, TSG, and other functions.

You will lead a team of Senior Product Owners, balance tradeoffs, and ensure delivery with a strong focus on security and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years client-facing at Bain or Bain consulting at the AP level.
• Direct participation in Bain commercial processes.
• Experience driving tool and process adoption, leading product teams, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with change management in a global, matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate partner workflows into practical, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
• Translate business needs into scalable commercial solutions with measurable outcomes (adoption, productivity, revenue).
