Bain & Company seeks a senior product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its global commercial platform. You will translate frontline needs into scalable solutions, align with firm priorities, and drive adoption across a matrixed organization.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, experience in Bain commercial processes, and the ability to balance tradeoffs while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5-7 years in a client-facing capacity at Bain or prior Bain consulting experience at the AP level.
Direct participation in Bain commercial processes.
Experience driving tool and process adoption and leading product teams.
Strong ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
Experience with adoption/change management in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bain’s global commercial platform.
Translate business needs into scalable product requirements and success metrics.
Drive adoption, track outcomes, and align with enterprise standards.
