Responsibilities

• Lead discovery dialogues with C‑Suite and executives to define value creation and transformation imperatives.
• Serve as a direct strategic advisor to customer executives, quantifying and articulating business value and financial impact.
• Oversee ROI/TCO analyses and board-level business cases for significant technology investments.
• Lead deal strategy and negotiation planning to maximize value and minimize excessive discounting.
• Prepare customers for value realization post‑sale and ensure alignment with initial business cases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver a unified approach to strategic engagements.
• Mentor and coach the BVS and sales teams in value‑based selling and executive engagement.
