Akima Infrastructure Services is seeking a senior Federal business development leader to drive growth across its facilities operations and maintenance portfolio. You will shape strategic proposals and build lasting customer and partner relationships to win high-impact contracts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage capture schedules, and coordinate resources and budgets to meet ambitious growth targets within federal civilian and DoD programs.

Qualifikationen

• Requires at least 10 years of progressive Federal business development and capture experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in winning large contracts.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, Federal acquisition, and relevant customer organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; military service or related experience may substitute.
• Established DoD and Federal civilian customer relationships are expected.
