Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive Federal business development and capture experience with DoD exposure.
• Strong track record in identifying, shaping, and winning large, complex Federal pursuits.
• Deep relationships across Indo-Pacific operational and acquisition ecosystems, with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an integrated Indo-Pacific growth strategy for Akima’s portfolio.
• Lead multiple concurrent captures from qualification through award and transition.
• Shape enterprise-scale offerings and coordinate cross-company capabilities and partners.
• Engage senior military and civilian stakeholders to identify requirements and opportunities.
• Provide pursuit leadership, staffing, pricing, and proposal readiness across theater initiatives.
