Akima seeks a Director of Business Development & Capture for Ground-Based Logistics to grow its Facilities Solutions Group portfolio. You will lead opportunity identification, qualification, capture, and proposal readiness for large DoD logistics programs, including securing a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities include pipeline development, senior stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant proposals and drive revenue growth exceeding

Qualifications

Ten or more years of progressive Federal business development and capture experience.
Track record of winning large, complex Federal opportunities valued at $100M+ in lead BD/capture roles within the last 3 years.
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, operations, or related field.

Responsabilités

Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities generally $250M+ aligned to growth priorities.
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders before solicitations to gain market intelligence.
Lead priority capture efforts from qualification through award including win strategy, teaming, pricing, and proposals.
Translate customer priorities into differentiated, competitive solutions with clear discriminators.
Shape capture strategies and present recommendations to executive leadership for approvals.
