Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience; 8+ years in biotech/life sciences and 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders and translate priorities into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Define the future-state digital ecosystem and lead product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, and tradeoff decisions.
- Partner with strategy to provide an integrated business and technology partnership for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs within the ETS portfolio.
- Lead portfolio governance, resolving competing priorities with value, risk, capacity, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs.
- Serve as a player-coach who develops a lean, product-oriented team and works hands-on across discovery, architecture, requirements, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Own the delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of product capabilities (Veeva, Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, etc.) and establish metrics for value and data quality.
- Embed security, privacy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance into solutions in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Cybersecurity, and Data teams.
- Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage budgets and vendors; build durable internal capabilities.
