Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in business technology or IT with 8+ years in biotech/life sciences.
- 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; launch experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
- Define future-state digital ecosystem; lead product vision and roadmaps.
- Partner to align business and technology strategy for product launches.
- Lead portfolio governance and prioritization across programs.
- Recruit, coach, and develop staff; manage budgets and vendors.
- Deliver and improve capabilities including Veeva, Salesforce CRM, and analytics.
