Qualifications

• 12+ years in business technology or IT, incl. biotech/pharma.
• 8+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
• Define future-state digital ecosystem and lead product roadmaps and investment.
• Lead a lean, product‑oriented team; manage governance and delivery tradeoffs.
• Oversee ERP/CRM platforms, data, analytics, and security/compliance.
