Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in business technology/IT with 8+ years in biotech or life sciences.
- Experience supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs and at least one commercial launch.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders.
- Define future-state digital ecosystem, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Partner to provide integrated business and technology partnership for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
- Lead portfolio governance and resolve competing priorities with stakeholders.
- Develop and coach a lean, product-oriented team; manage vendors and budgets.
- Own delivery and continuous improvement of product capabilities including CRM, content, data, and analytics.
