Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions – Commercial and Global Medical Affairs. You will partner with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape strategy, define the digital ecosystem, and deliver capabilities that support launches, growth, scientific exchange, patient access and customer engagement.

The role blends executive influence with hands‑on product leadership across architecture, data, content, and multichannel enablement, including

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, life sciences, or a related discipline.
12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience, including 8+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; demonstrated success building or scaling product capabilities for at least one commercial launch.
Experience building or scaling product capabilities for at least one commercial launch.
Strong knowledge of regulated technology controls, product and financial management.
Proven player–coach with 3+ years managing and developing direct reports, with hands‑on ability to perform business analysis, guide solution design, lead testing, and vendor recommendations.
Ability to travel up to 20% and work onsite in San Diego; no role is 100% remote.
Deep knowledge of CRM, content and medical communications, master and consent data, field and omnichannel enablement, market access, patient services, analytics, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders and translate priorities into product strategies, capability investments, and measurable outcomes.
Define the future‑state digital ecosystem and lead product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, business cases, and tradeoff decisions.
Partner to provide integrated business and technology partnership for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs, aligning product, architecture, data, content, channel, and lifecycle roadmaps.
Lead portfolio governance, resolve competing priorities, and coordinate enterprise portfolio processes and reporting.
Serve as a player–coach who develops a lean, product‑oriented team and works hands‑on across discovery, design, architecture, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Own delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of Commercial and Global Medical Affairs product capabilities including CRM, promo material management, analytics, and integrations.
Create an environment for experimentation and responsible use of data, analytics, automation, and AI with change management and adoption.
Embed security, privacy, data integrity, and compliance into solutions in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Cybersecurity, and Data teams.
