Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions - Commercial and Global Medical Affairs in San Diego with remote work options. You will partner with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape the digital ecosystem, define investment roadmaps, and deliver capabilities that support product launches, scientific exchange, patient access, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience.
- 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; biotech experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders to translate priorities into product strategies and investments.
- Define future-state digital ecosystem and lead product vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Partner with Digital Innovation & Strategy to provide integrated business and technology partnership.
- Lead portfolio governance and resolve competing priorities across value, risk, capacity, and delivery tradeoffs.
- Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage budgets, contracts, and vendors; build durable internal capabilities.
- Embed security, privacy, data integrity, and compliance into solutions with cross-functional teams.
