Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions - Commercial and Global Medical Affairs in San Diego. You will lead a team to shape business strategy, define the digital ecosystem, and deliver capabilities for product launches, scientific exchange, patient access, and customer engagement.

This role requires strong leadership and hands-on product delivery across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or a related discipline.
12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience, including 8+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
Demonstrated success building or scaling product capabilities for at least one commercial launch.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders, acting as a trusted advisor who translates priorities into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
Define the future-state digital ecosystem and lead product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, and business cases.
Partner with Digital Innovation & Strategy to provide an integrated business and technology partnership for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
Own delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of Commercial and Global Medical Affairs product capabilities and platforms, including CRM and analytics.
