Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience, incl. 8+ years in biotech/pharma or life sciences and 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
- Proven player-coach with 3+ years of managing/directing teams and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders; translate priorities into product strategies.
- Define future-state digital ecosystem; lead product vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Partner with strategy to provide integrated business and technology partnerships; align roadmaps with engagement and omnichannel priorities.
