Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs in San Diego, with remote flexibility. You will partner with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape the digital ecosystem, define product roadmaps, and deliver capabilities that support product launches, patient access, and customer engagement.

The role requires 12+ years in biotech IT, 8+ years supporting Commercial/Global Medical Affairs, and strong leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or related discipline.
12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience in biotech or life sciences.
8+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; product capabilities experience for at least one commercial launch.

Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs, translating priorities into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
Define the future-state digital ecosystem; lead roadmaps, investment priorities, and business-case decisions.
Partner with Digital Innovation & Strategy to align customer engagement and omnichannel priorities with product roadmaps.
Lead portfolio governance and balance value, risk, capacity, and delivery tradeoffs.
Develop a lean, product-oriented team and work hands-on across discovery, architecture, and delivery.
Own delivery and continuous improvement of product capabilities (CRM, content, data, omnichannel, analytics).
Embed security, privacy, compliance, and data integrity into solutions; support audits and remediation.
Recruit, coach, and manage staff; oversee vendors and budgets.
