Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior leader to guide Enterprise Technology & Solutions across Commercial and Global Medical Affairs. You will shape the digital ecosystem, define product roadmaps, and partner with strategy to support product launches, scientific exchange, patient access, and omnichannel engagement.

The role combines executive influence with hands-on product leadership, managing a lean team, governance, and complex integrations (Veeva, Salesforce CRM, PromoMats).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience, including 8+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; demonstrated success building or scaling product capabilities for at least one commercial launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders; translate priorities into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Define the future-state digital ecosystem; lead product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, and business cases.
• Partner to provide an integrated business and technology partnership for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; translate engagement and omnichannel priorities into roadmaps.
• Lead functional demand and portfolio governance; resolve competing priorities through value, risk, capacity, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Serve as a player-coach who develops a lean, product-oriented team and works hands-on across discovery, design, architecture, requirements, vendor selection, integration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Own delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of product capabilities and platforms (CRM, content, data, analytics, integrations).
• Embed security, privacy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance into solutions; support audits and remediation.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage budgets, contracts, SLAs, and knowledge transfer.

Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or a related discipline
