Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions for the Commercial and Global Medical Affairs area. You will lead a player-coach team, partnering with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape the digital ecosystem, define roadmaps, and deliver capabilities like CRM, content, and data management.

You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of product capabilities, working with security, regulatory, and legal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
12+ years in business technology or IT, including 8+ years in biotech/pharma and 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
Proven ability to lead and develop a product-focused team for commercial launches.

Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders and translate priorities into product strategies.
Define future-state digital ecosystem, lead product roadmaps, and manage investments and tradeoffs.
Partner to provide integrated business and technology support for omnichannel engagement and analytics.
Lead governance of portfolio, resolve competing priorities, and manage delivery risk.
Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage budgets, contracts, and vendors.
Embed security, compliance, and data integrity into solutions and support audits.
