Travere Therapeutics, based in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions – Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape the digital ecosystem and drive capabilities for product launches and patient access.

The role partners with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs, aligning business strategy with technology investments, and leading a lean, product‑focused team through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization of core platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs, translating priorities into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Define the future-state digital ecosystem, lead product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, and tradeoff decisions.
• Partner with strategy leaders to provide integrated business and technology partnerships within the ETS portfolio; translate engagement priorities into aligned roadmaps.
• Lead governance, value/risk assessments, and delivery tradeoffs; collaborate on enterprise portfolio processes and executive reporting.
• Serve as a hands-on leader across discovery, architecture, requirements, vendor selection, integration, testing, deployment, training, and issue resolution.
