Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions - Commercial and Global Medical Affairs in San Diego. The role partners with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape digital strategy, defines the future-state ecosystem, and delivers capabilities for launches, growth, and engagement.

You will balance near-term needs with long-term platform strategy, lead a lean team, and drive adoption, data quality, and compliance across CRM, content, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience, including 8+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences and 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work onsite in San Diego; no role is 100% remote.
• Proven player-coach with 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of Commercial and Global Medical Affairs processes and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders; translate priorities into product strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Define the future-state digital ecosystem; lead product vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Partner to provide an integrated business–technology partnership for Commercial and Global Medical Affairs.
• Lead functional demand and portfolio governance; assess value, risk, capacity, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Serve as a player-coach developing a lean, product-oriented team; lead discovery, architecture, and integration work.
• Own delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of product capabilities and platforms (CRM, data, analytics, and integrations).
• Embed security, privacy, data integrity, and compliance into solutions; support audits and remediation.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage budgets, contracts, and vendors.
