Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Technology & Solutions - Commercial and Global Medical Affairs to shape the digital ecosystem and partner with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs on strategy and execution. You will lead a lean, product-focused team and drive investment decisions, architecture, and data-enabled capabilities.

The role requires 12+ years in IT/biotech with 5+ years in commercial and medical affairs, hands-on leadership, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, life sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of progressive business technology or IT experience; 8+ years in biotech/life sciences; 5+ years supporting Commercial and Global Medical Affairs; demonstrated success building or scaling product capabilities for at least one commercial launch.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Commercial and Global Medical Affairs leaders, translating priorities into product strategies, investments and measurable outcomes.
Define the future-state digital ecosystem and lead product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, and business cases.
Partner with the Senior Director, Digital Innovation & Strategy to provide an integrated business and technology partnership within the ETS portfolio.
Lead functional demand and portfolio governance, resolving competing priorities through assessment of value, risk, capacity, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs.
Serve as a player-coach who develops a lean, product-oriented team across discovery, design, architecture, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Own the delivery, operations, and continuous improvement of Commercial and Global Medical Affairs product capabilities and platforms, including Veeva and Salesforce CRM, PromoMats, master and consent data, field and omnichannel enablement, analytics, and integrations.
Create an environment that encourages experimentation, rapid learning, and responsible use of data, analytics, automation, and AI; drive adoption and benefits realization.
Embed security, privacy, data integrity, records retention, validation and assurance into solutions; support audits and remediation.
Recruit, coach, and develop employees; manage budgets, contracts, SLAs, and knowledge transfer to build durable internal capabilities.
