Manhattan is seeking a Senior Manager to lead enterprise services for Finance, Accounting, Legal, and related functions. You will shape strategy, partner with business leaders, and deliver platform solutions with ETS teams.

Strong internal customer service, diverse teams experience, and proficiency in process analysis are essential. The role requires extensive ERP and IT service delivery leadership, with a focus on driving automation and roadmap execution across managed platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years in Finance/Accounting apps (Q2X, OTC, P2P, RTR).
• 10+ years in IT service delivery and customer engagement.
• 7+ years with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce).
• 10+ years leading on-site and global teams.
• 5+ years with Agile and Waterfall; proficient in Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• 5+ years in business process modeling and requirements analysis.
• 5+ years in document management platforms (SharePoint, Confluence).
• 5+ years in IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Quality Center).
• 5+ years in vendor management and production support.
• 5+ years in strategy, roadmap development and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Operate with a total service mindset for platform health.
• Serve as primary technology services contact for Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Mobility.
• Lead demand planning; translate business needs into objectives and estimates.
• Develop and maintain service strategies and roadmaps aligned with requirements.
• Own end-to-end service delivery with quality and timeliness.
• Oversee production support and incident management.
• Coordinate technology releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants and analysts.
