Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Services Senior Director to build and lead our professional services team for complex platform deployments. In a founding, hands-on role, you will define the operating model, pricing, staffing, and delivery governance, partnering with executive leadership to scale implementations across customers and industries.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, systems implementation, or professional services.
• 5+ years leading the delivery of professional services in EHS management systems or digital platforms.
• Experience building, scaling, or reshaping professional services or implementation practices.
• Strong commercial acumen: scoped, priced, and negotiated SOWs and managed profitability.
• Executive presence with ability to earn trust with executives and teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the professional services team for systems implementation.
• Define the operating model, offerings, engagement structure, delivery methodology, governance, and handoffs.
• Set standards for scoping, estimation, staffing, change control, and project close-out.
• Establish role definitions, skill levels, and career paths for consultants, PMs, and architects.
• Define metrics and run the business against them.
• Own scoping, SOWs, and commercial discipline with budgets and change processes.
• Lead delivery on complex enterprise deployments including multi-module and multi-region programs.
• Guide solution design, data migration, and change management.
• Hire and develop a small, high-caliber team and scale with demand.
• Be a senior voice to customers, providing inputs to Product and Leadership.
