Benchmark Gensuite is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Services Senior Director to lead a growing services organization, delivering large-scale deployments of our AI-native EHS platform from a remote-based hub across US Midwest and East Coast regions.

In this role you will own scoping, SOWs, and delivery governance; build and mentor a high-caliber team; and partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to structure budgets and drive profitable engagements while ensuring exceptional customer

Formación

• 12+ years’ experience in consulting, systems implementation, or professional services.
• 5+ years’ experience managing and leading the delivery of professional services in the EHS mgmt. systems and/or EHS digital platforms space.
• Direct experience building, scaling, or reshaping professional services or implementation practices (offerings, methodology, pricing, resourcing, and delivery governance).
• Strong commercial acumen: you have scoped, priced, and negotiated SOWs, managed change control, and been accountable for engagement margin and profitability.
• Executive presence, with the ability to earn trust with customer executives, internal leadership, and delivery teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define the operating model for implementation services including offerings and delivery governance.
• Set standards for scoping, estimation, staffing, and project close-out.
• Establish role definitions, skill levels, and career paths for consultants and solution architects.
• Define metrics (utilization, margin, schedule, budget variance) and manage the business against them.
• Lead delivery on complex enterprise deployments and ensure outcomes meet client expectations.
