Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Migration & Integration Projects to oversee historical data migration and enterprise systems integration workstreams during complex customer implementations.

This customer-facing role connects customer stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical specialists, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and scope are met while resolving issues. You will engage in technical discussions and guide cross-functional teams toward successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing project management or SaaS implementations.
• Experience coordinating data migration or integration workstreams in complex deployments.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee historical data migration and enterprise systems integration workstreams within complex implementations.
• Coordinate milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and criteria for completion with customers and internal teams.
• Track data readiness, migration validation, integration testing, and rollout activities.
• Identify risks, delays, or scope changes and drive timely follow-up with all parties.
