Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Migration & Integration Projects to oversee historical data migration and enterprise systems integration workstreams during complex customer implementations.

This customer-facing role connects customer stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical specialists, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and scope are met while resolving issues. You will engage in technical discussions and guide cross-functional teams toward successful deployment.

About The Role

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Migration & Integration Projects to oversee historical data migration and enterprise systems integration workstreams during complex customer implementations.

This customer-facing role connects customer stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical specialists. The person in this role will keep workstreams aligned with project goals, timelines, and agreed scope; identify gaps before they affect delivery; and help resolve issues that require coordination across teams. They will engage confidently in technical discussions while relying on technical teams for solution design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight and Delivery

• Oversee the planning and progress of historical data migration and enterprise systems integration workstreams within complex implementations.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to establish milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and criteria for completion.
• Track data readiness, migration validation, integration testing, and other activities needed for a successful rollout.
• Identify risks, delays, or decisions that could affect the broader implementation and drive timely follow-up.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a key point of contact for customer stakeholders on migration and integration project matters.
• Facilitate discussions between customer business and technical teams and Benchmark Gensuite's implementation and technical teams.
• Communicate progress, open issues, decisions, and next steps clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Build trusted relationships while managing expectations through complex or changing requirements.

Scope and Issue Management

• Identify disconnects between customer expectations, technical requirements, project plans, and the agreed statement of work (SOW).
• Document potential scope changes and recommend when an SOW modification or other formal approval may be needed.
• Coordinate the resolution or escalation of issues involving data quality, system dependencies, customer readiness, or competing priorities.
• Maintain clear records of key decisions, risks, and changes that affect delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, SaaS implementation, enterprise software delivery, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating data migration or systems integration workstreams in complex implementations.
• Ability to engage in discussions about data mapping, migration validation, APIs, integration dependencies, and testing without needing to perform hands-on engineering work.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, stakeholder expectations, and change requests.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to work with customer technical teams and business leaders.
• Knowledge of EHS data, including how it is collected, structured, and used across business processes, is a plus.
• Experience with EHS software or other complex enterprise SaaS implementations is preferred.
• PMP or a similar project management certification is a plus.
