DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Radiant Development role focused on business development with executive client relationships across a national scope in the United States. You will drive profitability, establish value propositions, and identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.

The role requires extensive logistics experience plus strong consultative selling and P&L responsibilities, with leadership oversight for a BD team to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth, and develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base.
• Establish client-specific value propositions for outsourced services, performance against objectives, growth, and consultancy.
• Identify profitable business ventures for pursuit.
• Engage additional company resources in the pursuit of business.
• Negotiate business terms within contract templates.
• Develop/meet revenue and pipeline goals.
• Utilize strong customer satisfaction skills.
• Meet all gross profit margin measurements.
• Manage a team of business development professionals to meet growth targets.
