DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers and manage customer relationships across a national footprint. You will be held to high standards as a key link between centers and senior leadership, driving performance and growth for the group.

You will assemble and mentor strong teams, collaborate with operations managers and frontline supervisors, and leverage a broad development program to shape your growth and career direction within the company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience within supply chain.
• 3+ years in strategy development/implementation, operations management, or organization design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a management consultant or in a strategic role within a supply chain function preferred.

Responsibilities
