Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise programs across government lines of business. You will own cross-functional delivery, coach Scrum Masters, and oversee large budgets while aligning to strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Technology Leads to improve time-to-market and value delivery, drive transformation initiatives, and develop talent across senior teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Agile programs and teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and governance.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Waterfall, and other delivery methods.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to execute delivery of value-based outcomes.
• Contribute to business objectives to increase productivity and time-to-market.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M–$50M and a team of 10-12 staff.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
• Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation.
• Define and manage metrics and reporting for Agile performance.
• Lead talent development, mentoring, and succession planning.
