Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise initiatives across government lines of business. You will lead a team of Scrum Masters and Program Managers, shaping strategy, governance and reporting to maximize value and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes budget stewardship,change management, and collaboration with Product and Technology executives to accelerate time-to-market and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience with 3–5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and growth mindset.
• Experience with innovation management and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes from the roadmap.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate Agile value to executives.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M–$50M and a team of 10–12 Scrum Masters/Program Managers.
• Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation and resolution.
• Develop change management plans for Agile transformation.
• Define and monitor metrics and reporting standards for visibility.
