CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to oversee enterprise technology initiatives and a team of Scrum Masters and Program Managers. You will partner with Engineering and Product to drive value-based outcomes, manage multi-million budgets, and guide transformation through Agile adoption and governance.
This role prioritizes collaboration with executives, strategic planning, and sustainable delivery across Medicare and other strategic programs.
Qualificações
- 10-15+ years of professional experience with 3-5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports
- Experience managing budgets of $30M+
- Strong execution and delivery skills with planning, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments
- Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall
- Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation
- Problem-solving, decision-making and growth mindset
Responsabilidades
- Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes
- Drive Agile adoption and engage executives to communicate value
- Manage budgets and a team of Scrum Masters/Program Managers
- Develop change management plans for Agile transformation
- Define metrics and reporting for Agile performance
- Lead talent development and succession planning
- Ensure delivery governance and regulatory compliance
