Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Lead to drive enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives across government-aligned programs. You will partner with Engineering and Product teams to execute value-based outcomes and accelerate time-to-market while managing substantial budgets and large teams.

The role emphasizes change management, Agile transformation, and leadership across senior stakeholders, with a focus on performance metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in professional tech delivery with leadership experience.
• 3–5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ across programs.
• Proven Agile practices implementation in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Improve time-to-market and productivity through roadmap execution.
• Manage annual budgets of $35M–$50M and 10–12 staff.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation.
• Drive Agile adoption with executive stakeholders.
• Develop change management plans for Agile transformation.
• Define metrics and reporting standards for visibility.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
