Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile leader to drive enterprise delivery across high‑impact technology programs. You will shape scrum team structures, coach through change, and align initiatives with product strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.

You will manage a $35M–$50M portfolio and lead 10–12 Agile Practice Leads, partnering with executives, Product Owners, and engineering to accelerate delivery and enable sustainable transformation.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, incl. 3–5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ with strong planning, risk mitigation and execution.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to execute delivery of value-based outcomes per roadmap.
• Drive faster time-to-market and cross-functional collaboration to stay competitive.
• Manage annual budgets of $35M–$50M and a team of 10–12 scrum masters and/or program managers.
• Identify initiative delivery risks and issues, and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate Agile value to executives and stakeholders.
