Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise technology initiatives across government lines of business, coaching scrum teams and shaping delivery strategy.

You will oversee budgets up to $50M, lead 10–12 Agile Practice Leads, collaborate with Product Owners and executives, and guide transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of professional experience with 3–5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports.
Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to execute delivery of value-based outcomes based on the product roadmap.
Contribute to business objectives and strategies to increase productivity and enable faster time-to-market.
Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 Scrum Masters and/or program managers.
Identify delivery risks and manage mitigation and resolution.
Drive Agile adoption with executive stakeholders to communicate value and influence prioritization.
Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability.
Define and manage metrics and reporting standards for Agile performance.
Lead talent development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
Contribute to top-level delivery governance and regulatory compliance.
