Job summary

CVS Health seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to drive enterprise delivery of large technology initiatives across government and commercial lines of business. You will establish scrum team structures, coach through change, and align programs with enterprise strategy.

You will manage budgets of $35M-$50M, lead 10-12 Agile Practice Leads, and collaborate with Product Owners and executives to deliver value and scale agile practices.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Proven budget management experience with $30M+ yearly allocations.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including SAFe and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per roadmap.
• Drive productivity and faster time-to-market across products and features.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 scrum masters/program managers.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Champion Agile adoption with executive stakeholders to communicate value.
• Develop metrics and reporting to monitor Agile performance.
• Lead talent development and succession planning.
• Ensure governance and compliance with organizational policies.
