CVS Health is seeking a senior leader to drive Agile delivery across multiple programs and products. You will establish Scrum structures, coach through change, and oversee large budgets and a team of Agile Practice Leads.

You will collaborate with executives, owners, and stakeholders to align delivery with strategic Medicare initiatives and enterprise goals. The role emphasizes delivering value, improving metrics, and guiding transformation while managing a $35M-$50M portfolio and a 10-12 person

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience with 3-5 years in people management roles with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex environments.
• Knowledge of SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
• Drive productivity and accelerate time-to-market for products and features.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and a team of 10-12 scrum masters and/or program managers.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigate them.
• Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
• Develop change management plans for Agile transformation.
• Define metrics and reporting to monitor Agile performance.
• Lead talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Contribute to delivery governance and regulatory compliance.
