Zusammenfassung

CVS Health seeks an experienced Agile leader to drive enterprise delivery across complex technology initiatives in a health-focused setting. You will shape delivery structures, coach leadership, and align programs with enterprise strategy while overseeing substantial budgets and a 10-12 person team.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and executives to deliver value-based outcomes, drive Agile adoption, and lead strategic, organization-wide transformation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15+ years of professional experience with 3-5 years in people management and 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and growth mindset.
• Experience with innovation management and digital transformation.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per roadmap.
• Drive adoption of Agile and communicate value to executives to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and lead 10-12 scrum masters or program managers.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
• Develop change management plans to support Agile transformation and sustainability.
• Define metrics and reporting to monitor Agile performance and guide continuous improvement.
• Lead talent development and succession planning within the delivery organization.
• Contribute to governance and compliance with policies and regulations.
