Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience analyzing advertising performance, campaign data, or sales analytics.
• Experience managing enterprise merchant partnerships and navigating complex ad sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an elite team of Account Managers to exceed revenue targets and optimize campaign performance.
• Direct-manage flagship enterprise accounts as senior partner to unlock high-dollar ad spend and long-term value.
• Engage with executive decision-makers to position Capital One Ad Solutions as a growth driver.
• Design tailored ad campaigns and execute seamless technical integrations (APIs, proprietary ad platforms).
• Leverage transaction insights, audience data, and campaign metrics to optimize client ROI and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Management, and Tech teams to inform product roadmaps and monetize new inventory.
• Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at industry events and drive pipeline growth.
