Care Access is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise SaaS sales within the Life Sciences and Health-tech space. This fully remote role requires national travel to client sites, with a strong track record of driving multi-million dollar revenue and managing large accounts.

You will own the strategic growth plan, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and collaborate across Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
• Experience selling into life sciences, clinical development, or health-tech.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, including 7-figure annual sales.

• Manage 1-2 large account relationships and drive growth.
• Own strategic growth plan for accounts and align stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for territory/market segment.
