Care Access is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise SaaS sales into Biotech and Pharma clients. This remote US role travels up to 40% and requires a strong record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex deals.

You will own strategic growth plans for major accounts, build pipelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to close multi-year contracts and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven record of selling software into life sciences CxOs and VP levels.
• Experience exceeding revenue targets including 7-figure annual sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 1-2 large account relationships and drive growth.
• Own strategic growth plan for accounts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for territory/market segment.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Identify prospects, build pipeline, and conduct discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success.
