• Experience understanding customer requirements and capability gaps; revenue generation in EW sector.

Responsibilities

• Leads EW BD Team and ensures timely completion of training, timecard, and expense tasks.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of offerings.
• Identifies new business opportunities and meets customer needs.
• Represents AV to senior customers and strengthens company reputation.
• Uses Salesforce CRM and manages five-year capture pipelines.
• Creates capture plans with win strategies for major opportunities.
• Conducts market research to assess opportunity size and value.
• Performs competitive assessments of AV solutions.
• Prepares monthly forecast reviews and semi-annual strategic planning.
• Identifies funding sources and engages decision-makers for AV solutions.
• Communicates with management and Product Line Management for customer feedback.
• Qualifies new leads and manages initial customer requirements meetings.
• Assists with marketing collateral development.
• Other duties as assigned.
