Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an EW Product Sales Director in Huntsville, AL to drive revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships and developing new segments in the Electronic Warfare market.

The role requires coordinating meetings, delivering capability briefings, and engaging at industry events to expand pipeline. You will work across teams to align offerings with customer needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue opportunities to meet annual AOP targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of demonstrated business development activities or related government/defense and/or intelligence industry experience.
• Experience understanding customer requirements and capability gaps.
• Experience driving revenue in the EW sector and meeting yearly AOP objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensures regulatory compliance of all offerings.
• Develops new business models leveraging enabling trends.
• Solves customer problems in larger potential markets and rapidly assemble internal and external capabilities required to achieve growth.
• Validates ideas and achieve milestones in the development and execution of new business opportunities.
• Creates and tracks office and program budgets.
