Job summary

AV is seeking an EW Product Sales Director to drive revenue growth by managing existing customer relationships and developing new customer segments within the Electronic Warfare market. The role requires identifying requirements, delivering capability briefings, and coordinating meetings to position EW solutions while expanding the company’s market presence at industry events.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in defense business development, a clear understanding of SIGINT/EW

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7 years of business development in government/defense or intelligence-related sectors.
Experience understanding customer requirements and capability gaps.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Ensures regulatory compliance of all offerings.
Focuses on new business models that leverage enabling trends.
Solves customer problems in larger potential markets and rapidly assemble internal and external capabilities required to achieve growth in a very competitive marketplace.
Validates ideas and achieves milestones in the development and execution of new business opportunities.
Creates and tracks office and program budgets.
Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangibles.
Other duties as assigned
