Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of account management experience with dialysis customers.
• Established relationships with dialysis customers and leadership team experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop account management team for dialysis orgs.
• Negotiate contracts and promotional programs with dialysis accounts.
• Ensure access, reimbursement knowledge, and pricing strategies.
• Create and execute account level strategic plans with quarterly KPIs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance and Medical Affairs on contracting and compliance.
• Travel up to 60% to manage assigned accounts.
