Cloudflare, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Director, Developer GTM to lead a world‑class team of Solution Strategists across regions. You will define the global DSS strategy, standardize operating rhythms, and drive activation expansion with a focus on developer workloads and commercial mechanics.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Security to shape proposals, pricing, and terms while building scalable enablement for the field.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in developer platforms, pre-sales/solutions, deal strategy, or commercial architecture.
• 4+ years leading managers across multiple regions/time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global DSS strategy and operating model with goals and cadences.
• Lead a distributed org; hire, coach, and develop Solution Strategists.
• Drive activation expansion for priority workloads using telemetry and insights.
• Maintain global proposal templates and commercial frameworks; coordinate with Finance/Legal.
• Run pipeline and deal reviews; identify blockers and drive resolution with Sales/Deal Desk.
