Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer platforms, pre‑sales, or deal strategy.
• 4+ years leading managers across multiple regions/time zones.
• Ability to translate technical workloads into commercial outcomes and navigate complex approvals.
• Data‑driven with telemetry/analytics to size opportunities and measure impact.
• Exceptional writer and presenter for executives and stakeholders.
• Experience enabling large field orgs with playbooks, training, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the global DSS strategy and operating model; define goals, scorecards, and cadences for regional teams.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, distributed org; hire, develop, and coach Solution Strategists.
• Drive activation to expansion for priority workloads; publish a weekly global usage radar.
• Standardize commercial design; maintain templates and ROI narratives; coordinate with Finance/Legal on terms.
• Run pipeline and deal reviews; establish global rhythm for triage and win/loss analysis.
• Enable the field at scale with playbooks, calculators, and talk tracks; track adoption and lift.
• Align with Solution Architects and Product for market-fit and feedback loops.
• Close the loop with Product; translate field insights into positioning and roadmap recommendations.
• Partner with Programs to support startups and targeted campaigns; drive regional self-sufficiency.
• Forecasting and planning; headcount, coverage models, and attribution with RevOps.
• Uphold Cloudflare values and a culture of quality and execution.
