Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the GTM Specialists across the Americas. You will recruit and coach, drive AMER revenue growth, and partner with account teams to execute strategic opportunities in cloud security and networking.

You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Sales to advance AI-enabled modernization while managing a high-velocity, cross-functional team across the US, Canada, and LATAM. Travel is expected 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading GTM or enterprise sales teams.
• Experience building and scaling sister functions in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud services.
• Ability to influence through value-based selling and complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the GTM Specialists team with clear performance expectations.
• Own AMER growth: drive quota, pipeline and new customer acquisition.
• Shape opportunity strategy with account teams, executives, and success criteria.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to align demos and proofs of concept.
• Advance AI adoption and modernization across customers and partners.
• Scale cross-functional execution with Sales, CS, Partners, Marketing and Product.
• Run disciplined pipeline, forecasting, and deal-review practices.
• Improve effectiveness through AI tools with responsible use and human review.
• Travel 25% - 50%.
