Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Developer Solution Strategists to lead a global DSS team within the Developer GTM organization. You will shape activation strategies, standardize operating rhythms, and drive scalable, revenue-focused programs across regions.

You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and DevRel to translate technical workloads into compelling commercial outcomes and to equip the field with repeatable plays and robust pricing guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in developer platforms, pre-sales/solutions, deal strategy, or commercial architecture.
• 4+ years leading managers across multiple regions/time zones.
• Data-driven with telemetry familiarity; able to size opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication from ICs to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the global DSS strategy and operating model; define goals and cadences for regional teams.
• Build and lead a high-performing, distributed org; hire, develop, and coach Solution Strategists.
• Drive activation expansion for priority workloads using telemetry for actionables.
• Standardize commercial design; maintain templates and ROI/TCO narratives; finance/legal handle non-standard terms.
• Run pipeline reviews and surface blockers; collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Security, and Legal.
• Enable the field at scale with playbooks, calculators, and talk tracks; monthly enablement.
• Align with Solution Architects and FDEs; partner to run GTM motions with product-market fit.
• Translate field insights into product/market recommendations; measure impact.
• Partner with programs to support startups and campaigns; drive regional self-sufficiency.
• Forecasting & planning; headcount, coverage models, and attribution with RevOps.
