Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Director, Data & AI to lead the AI + Infrastructure organization within the Microsoft Services Practice.

You will unify Agentic Solutions, Cloud Platform, Data & Intelligence, and AI Security & Governance to deliver connected Microsoft solutions across Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and related data platforms. You will drive service maturity, solution development, headcount planning, and client outcomes, reporting to senior leadership while advancing SHI's

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field is required or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology services, consulting, cloud, data, AI, or related Microsoft practices.
Experience leading multi-discipline delivery organizations with people, delivery, and business performance accountability.

Responsibilities

Set and execute a unified direction for AI + Infrastructure across multiple domains.
Translate Microsoft investments into a clear SHI services roadmap and investment agenda.
Establish clear ownership, decision rights, handoffs, delivery standards, and quality expectations.
Build modular, repeatable offerings combining cloud, data, AI, and governance around defined customer outcomes.
Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning cloud, data, AI, agents, security, and governance.
